Spiritual Health Through Serpentine Fire
Spiritual Health comes with the Raising of the Serpentine Fire, a spiritual experience that happens slowly as we align ourselves with our true North. Trouble comes when we try to raise it through physical means without doing the spiritual work.
Serpentine Fire
Many may ask, "What is spiritual health?" The answer is probably as diverse as the population of the earth. Spiritual health should look different for everyone except for one aspect.
You Are Called to Be Whole and Balanced
The spiritual health can be as whole and balanced for a monk as it is for an accountant. If they are each living their life purpose, there is no greater calling than that.
What does Serpentine Fire have to do with Spiritual Health?
Kundalini, Serpentine Fire, Holy Spirit and Reiki
The Kundalini or serpentine fire is the same as the Holy Spirit, Reiki, healing energy of God. Though aspects of these healing energies may act upon the body is differing ways they are all beneficial.
Awakening the Kundalini
Awakening the kundalini or holy spirit within your body, can seem like an impossible dream or even a frightening nightmare depending on what you have been exposed to in you spiritual teachings. There is nothing new under the sun. The same energetic principles that are spoken of in one language are the same in another although the words are different. Filling the body with Holy Spirit should not be a stand alone goal. There is much work that goes into becoming a whole and balanced spiritual person. I have heard stories that people have gone crazy by chasing the effect without putting in the spiritual work required and thus being a suitable vessel for the upgrade in the healing energy of God.

The scriptures say, "But you may not look directly at my face, for no one may see me and live.” Exodus 33:20. This scripture is referring to the concept of being born again. When you are ready to see the face of God, you will die from imagining yourself as a fleshly man and realize that the flesh is a vessel to interact with this matrix. You are a spiritual being. You will figuratively die in the flesh and be born in the spirit.
A Spiritual Experience
If you are not ready for this initiation by putting in the work to align yourself with God, you may be doing yourself harm by seeking ways to raise the serpentine fire by physical means alone.

Upstairs At Your House
We are truly healthy when we are aware of and connected to the God/Goddess within. Spiritual health and physical health are one, connected in a way that is essential to longevity. The healing energy of God has many names - two of which are holy spirit and kundalini. In the Bible Jesus speaks of the aspects of the Kundalini. The following is from an email I got from Bill Donahue on the Holy Spirit and the Kundalini that I think explains things simply and succinctly. The Apostle Paul said that we are the temple and God lives within us. Let us compare our meditation experience with the Biblical Temple construction.
Silent Meditation
US: We go into silent meditation. Biblical Temple: There was neither hammer or any tool of iron heard when it was in building. US: The Kundalini experience of electro energy going up the spine in a DNA winding movement. Biblical Temple: 1 Kings 6:8 "And they went up with winding stairs."
The Upper Room
US: The energy rises up the spine to the brain where it stimulates the right hemisphere.Biblical Temple: 1 Kings 6:8 "The door for the middle chamber was in the right side of the house." The Bible says that when the disciples assembled for the coming of the Holy Spirit, they were in the upper room
Into the Third
Biblical Temple: 1 Kings 6:8 "into the middle chamber and out of the middle into the third." Into the third what? I propose that it is referring to the third ventricle of the brain. This is why I suggest the third ventricle. The most dependable medical dictionary in the world is Stedman's Medical Dictionary. You can look this up yourself. Let us look at how Stedman's defines the third ventricle.
A Road, A Floor And Four Walls
Follow the Man With the Pitcher of Water
The third ventricle is a narrow vertical cleft between the two lateral ventricles. It possesses a roof, a floor, and four walls. Anterior posterior and two lateral. The roof is formed by the tela choroidea.

The Kingdom is Within
There you have it . Your upper room. Jesus said, "the Kingdom is within you." He said that an upper room is waiting for you. Within you is an upper room with four walls a floor and a ceiling The Bible says it is the third and now you know where it is. Jesus told us when the time would come for us in the upper room. Mark 14:13 "Follow the man with the pitcher of water. He will show you."
Man with the Pitcher
The man with the pitcher of water AQUARIUS. The time is now. The man with the pitcher of water Aquarius, is here and he has shown you the upper room. Now as Jesus said, assemble there and make ready.
Aquarius
There it is . Closer than your breath. The upper room. Within you. The waterman Aquarius has shown us. Now let us go up there and make ready.
Never make your home in a place. Make a home for yourself inside your own head. You’ll find what you need to furnish it – memory, friends you can trust, love of learning, and other such things. That way it will go with you wherever you journey.

MINI MEDITATION
Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Notice how your inhalation transforms into an exhalation with ease. Right now imagine yourself in your dream home walking upstairs to the most upper chamber (room). See yourself finding a comfortable chair and relaxing into it as if you were curled up into the hands of the Divine. How does that make you feel? Turn over your needs and desires to your Divine Power and trust that you are safe; because you are. Grace is activated in your life now. You are in good hands. Relax and release for as long as you need to. When you are ready, open your eyes.
