What is Consciousness?

Consciousness is the ability to accurately perceive the truth of what has happened and what is happening. Consciousness is not created by the brain. Consciousness creates the appearance of the brain. You are consciousness, an infinite being of energetic frequencies, the mind. This consciousness must be accurate in both the microcosm which inside the body and the macrocosm which is outside the body, the environment in which the body lives.

The Holy Trinity

Spirit and the Physical World

Consciousness expresses itself in three ways: This is called the Holy Trinity

  • Thoughts – mind: masculine (creator) in form: Father
  • Emotions – spirit: feminine expression: Mother
  • Actions – body: masculine expression: speech: Male Child

The Father being the mind, the creative essence.

The spirit or the emotions (holy spirits) being the sacred feminine essence.

The male child is behavior which is the active or masculine principle. This action interacts with the physical world to change it.

Faith Can Supplement Works But Cannot Replace Them

You must work for what you want. You must take action.

* James 2:26, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”

Have faith that your efforts will bring good results. Inaction makes having faith null and void.

Conscience

You must work for what you want. You must take action.

Action is the expression of consciousness. In understanding this and incorporating this knowledge into our lives, through action, is the only way of saving ourselves. It is a law of nature. The laws of nature cannot be broken without negative consequence.

  • Philippians 2:12, “Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
  • Philippians 13:2, “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”

Consciousness Activation

AFFIRMATIONS

Choose an affirmation and repeat several times daily, or during meditation.

  • I replace worry with calm consciousness of each challenge knowing that challenges are often opportunities in disguise.
  • I live my day with consciousness, understanding and acceptance.
  • I am always conscious and responsive to my mental, emotional and physical needs.

MINI MEDITATION

Get into a relaxing position and close your eyes, make sure you are a comfortable temperature, everything is fine, and you are not likely to be interrupted. Take three deep breaths and fell your tension melting away. Get in touch with the Holy Trinity within you. One concept at a time.

  • Father
  • Mother
  • Child

Ask how you can be more aware of them, what they would like you to know about yourself, are there any deep wounds you need to be aware of and heal, what is your purpose on earth this lifetime and how can they help you achieve it. There are many more questions that you can ask as you think of them. This is a start. When you are ready open your eyes.

CONSCIOUSNESS AWARENESS

Right now or sometime throughout the day, stop what you are doing for a few moments. Choose something to focus on and simply increase your awareness of it. It could be something still like an object, or something moving like cars outside your window, or leaves on a tree, or an animal. It could even be your Holy Trinity; Father, Mother, Son. Become conscious of your consciousness. Let them speak to you. Focus on nothing but this for a few moments and feel the peace of being in the moment and appreciating the simplicity.

What you see or perceive is often only the tip of the iceberg. Just because something can’t be seen doesn’t mean if doesn’t exist. Remember that there is always more beneath the surface, whether it be a person, a place, or an object. Replace judgement with awareness, and it will lead you to greater acceptance and understanding.

Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.
