Where Did the Power of Ten Come From?
God gave His people the Power of Ten, or the Ten Commandments, in a section of the Bible called the Old Testament.
A Brief Breakdown:
- In an allegorical story,
- a group of people,
- led by the prophet Moses,
- had just escaped slavery.
- Moses prayed to God for help.
- God gave him the Ten Commandments.
Your Body is Man. Your Spiritual Connection is Woman.
As God has rulership over you, you have rulership over the church which is your body. The woman was given to the man as a helpmate to help him fulfill his God given duties upon the earth.
The male, or material body, has headship over the female or spiritual connection in the physical world for we all must live and interact with the mundane.
This allegory refers to your body, the man, who is given help by the spiritual connection with God by the woman.
This marriage happens within yourself regardless if your body is seen as male or female. Your body is always man and your spiritual connection is always woman.

Meditation
AFFIRMATIONS
Choose an affirmation and repeat several times daily, or during meditation.
- God meets all my needs.
- I have an inheritance from God that I can access right now.
- God takes care of me as His son because I Am His son.
MINI MEDITATION
Do a separate meditation for each of the commandments. You might want to do one until you have reached satisfaction in your understanding or have been guided to a deeper meaning by God. Then go to the next.
Close your eyes and relax your body. Repeat the desire for understanding on the commandments to yourself three times. Then think about your connection to God. Know that you are important and that you have a special and unique purpose to fulfill in your lifetime. Know that God cares for you. Be assured that everything will work out well for you with God’s guidance.
THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
1 “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3
As a living soul, you have a God Spark within that needs to be acknowledged and honored. When you look outside yourself for a god to honor you have fallen short of your divine purpose and have broken this commandment.
Seeing yourself as the image of God is the purpose of this scripture. Being balanced in this knowledge opens your heart to Love and manifesting your version of the "God is Love", truth to the world.
2 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.” Exodus 20:4
Once again, anything that you look upon outside of yourself as more worthy is a graven image. This is the bottom line breakdown: Love God who is within you, Love Yourself who is a creation of God, and Love your neighbor who shares in being a creation of God and also has God within them.
Deuteronomy 10:12
And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
Matthew 33:37 - 40
37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
3 “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.” Exodus 20:7
By your evil words, deeds, or intentions you have soiled God's name as a representation of Him/Her. Notice the word evil is the word live spelled backward.
Doing things that are opposite of good or god is going in the wrong direction. It is backward. Worse than no progression at all. You are losing ground.
4 “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.” Exodus 20:8–10
The sabbath means to rest. The Bible is an allegorical spiritual book having to do with you and your relationship with God. The best way for you to rest is to go into meditation.
You have sovereignty over your day. In your sovereign day make time for rest from material matters and acknowledge the spiritual through meditation.
5 “Honour thy father and thy mother.” Exodus 20:12
It’s important to show our Divine Parents respect. God is both masculine and feminine.
When you honor this in God, it makes it easier for you to acknowledge and honor the masculine and feminine within yourself. In this you become whole and balanced.
6 “Thou shalt not kill.” Exodus 20:13
You, and everyone you see, are a creation of God. We share in everything and the illusion of separateness is the greatest trick the devil has been able to pull off. When you do good to another, you do good to yourself.
When you do harm to another, you do harm to yourself. Therefore, it is in your best interest to treat your neighbor the way you would want to be treated.
7 “Thou shalt not commit adultery.” Exodus 20:14
The word adultery means to turn away from your faith. Keep your eye on your relationship with God at all times. Work to keep it strong.
Do not look at the outward appearance of what others have or what they are doing. This is an illusion.
Only what you have within and in the present are real. These are the only things you can truly verify.
8 “Thou shalt not steal.” Exodus 20:15
The temptation to look outside yourself for the treasures of God, or to deny your inheritance will lead you to actions like stealing. God does not leave you without. All the inheritance you need, all of your needs will be met by going within and recognizing who you are as God's child.
“Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)
19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matthew 6:19-21)
9 “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.” Exodus 20:16
Lying is to cover over the light of God. It is the outside manifestation of an inner malfunction. The malfunction is to lack understanding of your origins.
When you know that you are a child of God with an inheritance that can be accessed and manifested into the world, there is no need for lying, for you are not in the state of malfunction. You are balanced.
10 “Thou shalt not covet.” Exodus 20:17
To covet is to turn your back on your own fortunes and look to another persons as better. Everyone has an inheritance from God.
When you covet, you deny your inheritance and look to someone else to fulfill your imagined lack. Fulfillment is a product of being whole, of filling your cup with what you love and sharing with others from the overflow.
