Inner Bible Alchemy

Book of Jubilees

The Book of Jubilees Meditation focus is on the inner alchemy of the body. The Bible is allegorical and uses both historical and fictional stories to illustrate who we are and what is happening with our mental, spiritual and physical selves.

Book of Jubilees Meditation

genesis

Truths of Sacred Books

Each book of the Bible is about the same subject but told in differing ways. Each story is an allegory, a symbolic way of explaining the workings of the body and how the body is intelligence made manifest. With each story, we must look within to understand, overstand and innerstand what the writers were trying to convey.

The truths of these sacred books have survived because they are in allegory. If they had been told plainly, the information would have been repressed. In fact, the truth has been repressed even in its allegorical form. The Bible warns us, “At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it.” Matthew 24:23. The Christ is within each and every one of us. It is delusional to believe that the Christ who will save us is outside of ourselves. He is within. The savior you are looking for is yourself.

The locations mentioned in the scriptures are to be found in your body. The people are alchemical processes that are supremely important to our health and well being. The laws and holy days are also allegory functions within the body. The human body should be the destination of all pilgrimages. Reading the Bible and then meditating on how the scripture is explaining your own body to you should be the goal of any serious student.

Make the Scriptures Your Own

Align Yourself

Look to God for Guidance. Make the scriptures your own. They are here for you. God has a personal message in the Bible for you. Meditation will unlock it.

As you study the texts and make it your own you must only look to your neighbor with the grace of love. Judgement of others or self-judgement is not allowed. Discernment is a necessity.

Align yourself with other loving individuals. If love is not found in a person than that is where discernment comes into play. Separate yourself from the unloving for God is not found in them. They have either not looked for God or have rejected Him/Her. Both parts of God (Him/Her) must be acknowledged and loved in order for a person to be made whole.

A person who is not whole cannot love because they do not know love because they do not love themselves. We are all a unique mix of feminine and masculine (Adam/Eve). Both sides must be acknowledged as Divine and loved as such.

As you go through each chapter ask God to guide your learning. You want to let go of all preconceived notions of what the Bible is saying. Your divine guides will guide you to have the understanding that will lead you to perfecting the being you are meant to be. It is God’s purpose.

Acceptance doesn’t mean giving in or resigning yourself to a life less than you desire. It means accepting things as they are right now and being okay with the present moment, knowing that everything is where it needs to be. Trust that anything is possible from this moment on and the best is yet to come.

2ND MINI MEDITATION

1. To begin with, you can sit comfortably and relax. You don’t have to feel self-conscious, as though you are about to do something special or weird. Just be at ease. It helps if your back can be straight, without being strained or overarched. You can close your eyes or not, however you feel comfortable. Notice where the feeling of the breath is most predominant—at the nostrils, at the chest, or at the abdomen. Rest your attention lightly, in just
that area.

2. See if you can feel just one breath, from the beginning through the middle, to the end. If you’re with the breath at the nostrils, it may be tingling, vibration, warmth, coolness. If at the abdomen, it may be movement, pressure, stretching, release. You don’t have to name them, but feel them. It’s just one breath.

3. Notice what arises. Remember the reason for the meditation. What Bible text did you want further over-standing. Hold the thought clearly in your mind and then let it go with each breath.

Don’t Allow Distractions

4. Notice when you’re distracted. Be aware when something arises—sensations, emotions, thoughts, whatever it might be. If it’s strong enough to take your attention away from the feeling of the breath, or if you’ve fallen asleep, or if you get lost in some incredible fantasy, see if you can let go of the distraction and begin again. Bring your attention back to the breath. If you have to let go and begin again thousands of times, it’s fine, that’s the practice.

5. You may notice the rhythm of your breath changing in the course of this meditation session. You can just allow it to be however it is. Whatever arises, you can shepherd your attention back to the feeling of the breath.

6. Remember that in letting go of distra
