- Meditate daily and when you are completely relaxed, allow any thoughts or feelings to come to you, or ask a question and let an answer form.
- Notice your immediate thought or feeling when faced with a question or situation. Our first response is usually accurate, before the memory of our past experiences and limiting beliefs can get in the way.
- If you have a specific question about something in your life, ask the question and see what answers come to you as tend to your day.

Just as people sign written agreements for marriage or legal documents, you can make your own agreements to help you commit to certain things. Writing things down helps you see more clearly what is required and makes it more likely to be carried through. Try making brief commitment agreements for different goals, such as regular exercise. “Starting today, I commit to attending the gym three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.” Sign your agreement and stick it somewhere you’ll see it.
