Meditation On The Number Two

The Number Two equals body and soul. The color most associated with the Number Two is Warm Brown. Brown is a color of earthiness – a direct conduit to nature, animal wisdom, and Universal Wisdom. Healthy boundaries help attain a balanced perspective. Connect to nature’s healing properties and revive your energy and creativity with Brown.

The Number Two energy indicates this is 
a time to stop. Stop and enjoy the 
present moment. At this time, nothing 
more can be done to achieve the outcome 
you desire. Rather than take action, 
you are being asked to evaluate your 
progress and clarify your dreams, which 
will help you manifest them sooner.

your time and pace yourself. No hasty

This is an opportunity to focus all your 
energy and attention on visualizing your 
dreams, as opposed to pushing against 
the obstacles standing in your way.

Your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs create the reality you experience. The Gentle Gardener is the embodiment of the energy within you that is sent out into the field of co-creation and ensures that all you are is reflected in the world of form. Are you aware of your thoughts? What is their quality?

Believe in limitless possibility and you will see miracles unfold. The Gentle Gardener guarantees the integrity of everything you send out into the world. Stay positive and expect a wondrous return. Your garden is abundant with beauty.

In order to improve your current situation, you are being asked to adjust to, and harmonize with, the natural rhythm and cycles of your life – cycles that are encouraging you to be patient and still. Stillness is the key to receiving clear and accurate guidance, and patience will help you attract the outcome you desire.

Affirmations and Meditation of The Number Two


Choose an affirmation and repeat several times daily, or during meditation.
I am learning to be more patient with each passing day.

I choose to keep an eager yet calm sense of patience.

With each deep breath, I trust that things are working out in perfect timing.

Find a place to walk where you can spend fifteen (15) minutes outside. It may be in a park, somewhere around your neighborhood or out on a trail.

Begin with a moment to ground yourself in the present. Focus on mindfulness of the external world. Rather than focusing on the body, open your eyes, listen to the sounds, and acknowledge where you are also why you are there

Begin walking mindfully. It can be helpful to walk slower than you normally do. Stay in tune with the world around you. When you see something natural that may have a scent, pause and smell it. It may be a flower, an herb, a plant, or the smell of the ground after a rain.

As you are taking in the smell, close your eyes and bring your full awareness to the aroma. Immerse yourself in the experience by making the sense of smell the sole focus of your attention.

After a few moments of this, leave it and continue walking. When you come across another aromatic object, stop and smell it with presence. Stay curios and open. This practice is different from walking with other senses, because you have to intentionally smell something rather than just observe it.

This takes patience.

When you are done with your walk, try to remember this practice throughout the day. Whether you are eating a meal, drinking tea, or driving home, tune into the smells that come and go. Observe your reactions to these, as we often have strong positive or negative reactions to scents.

Patience is not simply the ability to wait – it’s how we behave while we’re waiting.
