Meditation on The Number Six

The Number six equals doctrines, laws and religion. The Number Six has three incredibly healing and balancing colors that carry its energy. These colors are green, gold and orange.

The Number Six is often associated with the colors; Green, Gold and Orange:

Green revitalizes your nervous system, heart, circulatory system and liver. Lowering your blood pressure and releasing frustration and anger. Meditation and healing are enhanced by Green, which also is good for healing broken bones. Surround anyone who is unwell with Green.

Gold provides clarity in decision making. Attracting abundance, expanding awareness and clearing the path to wisdom, knowledge and joy are found in the energy of God. Strengthen all fields of the body and spirit with Gold, the strongest color for healing all illnesses. Use it wisely for best results.

Orange helps to heal digestive ailments as well as chest and kidney disorders. It also assists with the treatment of asthma, fear, loneliness, spasms tension, inflammation, colds and depression. Improve your immunity, vitality, and stamina with Orange. Plus, you can awaken your sexual and creative energy with Orange.



Everything is Energy

Hold a Gold coin in each of your 
palms and focus on the gratitude 
for the abundance you already 
have. Close your eyes and bless 
the coins, imagining them 
multiplying into a mountain of 
abundance.

Activate the Golden energy in your 
palms by sending Golden light into 
them. When your hands begin to 
tingle, you'll know that, where 
appropriate, everything you touch 
can now turn to Gold. 

AFFIRMATION PHRASE:

"Divine Spirit, open the well 
of abundance in my heart and attract 
continuous blessings into my life."

The energies of the number six and the color Rose help to attract love into one’s life. Today wear a rose-colored top, shirt, or a hat, while focusing on this ray and allowing yourself to be playful and have fun.

Different shades of Pink, especially Rose, awaken your heart and allow you to be open to other people.

Use a pink pen to write down all the things you love about yourself. As you become aware of your value, so will other people.

Write down all the people you love in your life, and let the love energy build. Allow yourself to feel grateful for all of these wonderful people.

If you are looking for a relationship, write down all the qualities you would like in a person. Then close your eyes and imagine placing your list into a Rose bubble.

Observe as it floats out into the universe, looking for your perfect mate. Now all you have to do is to be open for the wonderful new person to come into your life.

AFFIRMATION PHRASE:

  • “Divine Intelligence, I am open to attracting wonderful people with open minds and loving hearts into my life.”

In order to improve your current situation you are being asked to adjust to, and harmonize with, the natural cycles of your life – cycles that are encouraging you to see and believe in yourself and cherish you life as it is today. Love will embrace you in ways you’ve never known. Unconditional love of self and others will attract more love into your life.

Number Six and More Colors of Love

The world is full of different colors. I was once told, you can know that God loves his creations because of all the different colors He/She puts on them. Color is Love in vibration.

You can practice awareness meditation by paying attention to what colors are around you presently. Seeing is a different experience from tuning into the breath or the body. Yet, it offers the same opportunity to be deeply present.

We rely heavily on our sense of sight. Make it a powerful tool in the development of mindfulness.

You can do this awareness meditation anywhere. You may be sitting at your desk, taking a ride on the bus, or walk down the street. Whenever you do this meditation, give yourself at least ten (10) minutes of uninterrupted time.

Arrive in the present moment. Take a few mindful breaths. Feel the body where it is and allow yourself to settle in comfortably.

Pick one color to focus on. You may start out with Green. Then choose a different color of the rainbow for each day you do this meditation. Look at the color with a beginner’s mind, as if you had never seen this color before. Note what it is. What is it’s shape and size?

After a few moments look for something else that is this color. Note what it is. How does it differ from the other? Continue this practice. Note when your mind wanders off. You can always go back to the sensation of mindful breathing. Use the breath as an anchor for awareness. You may find it helpful to note what it is you are seeing. For example, a red stop sign doesn’t get labeled, “red stop sign”; it becomes, “red, octagon, writing, metal”.

When ten minutes have passed. Allow your eyes to close and rest for a moment. Take a few deep breaths, let go of the practice for now and get on with your day.

Nature always wears the colors of the spirit.
