Meditation is part of the detoxifying process, helping to clear waste products from the mind. By counteracting stress and promoting a balance lifestyle, it creates health benefits that show in your face and body. It’s simply a way of focusing the mind, freeing up mental energy by stilling the chatter that runs endlessly through our heads. Each time you meditate successfully, your heart slows down, your blood pressure drops and you move into the relaxed but alert “alpha” state – thinking clearly and living in the moment.
Meditation can increase concentration, and healing, ease the symptoms of many health conditions, break the habit of worrying and slow the aging process. In rare cases, it can trigger psychological problems – go to your doctor if this happens, since it may have revealed a disorder needing treatment. Also check with your doctor before starting meditation if you have any medical condition, especially one that affects your heart or blood pressure.
Beginning Meditation
It’s easiest to get into the habit of meditation if you do it at the same time and place every day. Choose one form of meditation (for example, counting breaths) and stick to it for at least a week. Set a timer for 10 minutes once a day and you may notice improvements before the end of the week.

Therefore, when you initiate heaven and earth to align, the power unleashed is considerable. Because of it, people rally and situations fall into place. As if by a miracle, patience, persistence, effort and energy finally come together and a creation of tangible goodness takes shape in the world. It can be unexpected. You may even have almost given up hope. Then, suddenly, everything comes together. Meditation is a catalyst for change in your world, a moment of powerful grace, where Spirit makes its presence felt. With practiced meditation you are illuminated, you can move through the darkness successfully. You have enough spiritual light within you to be able to see your way through lies and deception and find the truth that you seek.
Divine Rights
What you are seeking, meditation warrior, is meant to be yours by Divine right. Keep up the process of growth and enquiry and it will come to you at the right moment, according to higher spiritual law, through the operation of spiritual grace. The universe is inviting you to go deep, to that place where the noise stops, and there is only the vast emptiness of inner space. This is where you connect with the Divine. This is where healing is sparked therefore sending a myriad of healthful after effects that continue long after the initiation.

Call for Heavenly Assistance

With meditation you intuitively know when to call for heavenly assistance. This is a perfect way to weave divine love through the fabric of your life. It keeps the channels between heaven and earth not only open, but healthy and robust, active and stable. This is your sacred role. Meditate on a regular basis, combine it with prayer for an even more powerful outcome. Unconditional love is a byproduct of connection to the divine on a regular basis. Take active steps to fulfill your destiny and be the living channel for spiritual grace that you are destined to be.

There are as many ways to meditate as there are people. I cannot put all the different ways here in this article but I can give you some ideas. As you have mindful intention on becoming a meditation warrior, you will no doubt, find what works for you. Once you find your meditation grove. Stick to it and grow it to fit you like a glove.

AFFIRMATIONS
Choose an affirmation and repeat it several times daily, or during meditation (masculine/feminine).
- My first priority is my own alignment. From that place of well-being, I am of more value to myself and others.
- I love that the process of bringing about what I desire begins with the joy of alignment through meditation.
- From my state of alignment in meditation, my dreams become reality.
MEDITATION WARRIOR ALIGNMENT
Alignment is about getting in touch with your true self and focusing on what makes you feel good. Being in a state of alignment allows you to attract other people who have found their own alignment and beneficial experiences that match your state of joy, making it more likely for things you desire to come into your life. When going into your next meditation acknowledge yourself as a meditation warrior. Know that the power you wield to bring together heaven and earth is immense. You bless us all when you are in alignment with unconditional love.

DRAWING AND DOODLING AS MEDITATION

While these absent-minded drawings may seem like a distraction, doodling, coloring in a book, or other types of informal artwork for meditation is actually beneficial. In a study published by Harvard University, researchers have found that doodling improves memory, relieves stress, and increases focus. On the surface, doodling may appear to be just a series of shapes and symbols, but it can actually be one of the most helpful–and easiest–ways to engage your analytical mind in a creative interesting way that doesn't cause boredom. Meditation is for everybody because there is a meditation technique that is perfect for them.
GARDENING MEDITATION
Being in your garden completing tasks and connecting with the earth is meditative. There is something healing about putting your hands and feet into the soil. When you spend mindful time in the garden you are more likely to develop a closer connection to nature. You may find yourself calmer, more grounded and have time to process your thoughts and feelings in a quiet space uninterrupted and not having to fit into anyones intrusive agenda.

Meditation nourishes the mind in the same way that food nourishes the body.
