MINI MEDITATION
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Release any areas of tension in your body with your exhalations. Think about hopes you have in your life, even if they feel unattainable. If you have hope, you have potential and possibility. State each hope, and feel the emotion of what it would be like if it were true. Then imagine tying this hope onto a balloon and releasing it into the sky, knowing that a greater power is taking care of it.
