Day of the Supernatural
January 25, the Day of the Supernatural, is a day to freely come out of your self constrictions. Mental contraction, pulling away and hiding inside yourself may be something you are dealing with. You may have a desire to retreat with a “Leave me alone” demeanor. The mantras today are:
- I am safe and secure at all times.
- Love surrounds me and protects me.
- All is well.
- I let go of things outside my control.
We are all subject to the heavenly energies of the day.
If today is your birthday, or if you resonate with today’s energies, then you like to experience firsthand the more unusual side of life. It is that which releases us from mundane concerns that awakens their interest, often the quest for heightened for exalted states. You may reach ssuch states through forms of are art such as music and dance, through religious experience or perhaps imagination alone.
However, the less highly evolved of this day may seek to escape from the demands of life or personal problems through a variety of means (stimulants or addictive substances, sensations diversions, etc.). Be realistic, but son’t lose your sense of awe and wonderment. Fight disillusionment. Strike a bargain with the world and be open to those compromises that make things a bit easier on yourself and others. Keep it light.

Number Seven Energy: Improvement
The energies of the Number Seven indicate a time of significant growth and improvement. These energies will encourage you to be the best version of yourself. This is a time to ask yourself: Who am I? What do I want from my life? What is preventing me from achieving it? When you ask yourself these questions, observe whatever comes up. Then acknowledge your mental and physical limitations, set realistic goals for overcoming them and take the necessary steps to follow through. With desire and determination, you can reach your full potential. You are encouraged to investigate anything that helps your conscious awareness and enhances your self esteem. It may be a book, CD, online seminar, workshop, health program, yoga practice, or meditation. It may be working with an energy worker, therapist or life coach. Whatever suits your needs. A step in this direction, regardless of what it is, will set you up for life.
Improve Your Situation
In order to improve your current situation, you are being asked to adjust to and harmonize with the natural rhythm and cycles of your life. Cycles that are leading you toward a time of significant growth and improvement. As you improve yourself, you improve your quality of life. As you raise your awareness, you align yourself with Source. This is all you need to make your dreams come true. * As I improve myself, I improve the circumstances of my life.
January 25 and The Chariot
The Chariot, which shows a triumphant figure moving through the world, manifesting his physical presence in a dynamic way. The card may be interpreted to mean that no matter how narrow or precarious the correct path, one must continue on. The good side of this card posits success, talent and efficiency; the bad side suggests a dictatorial attitude and a poor sense of direction.
The Chariot and the Bible
Matthew 7:13-14 13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
The Chariot energies manifest in Cedar. Life is a forward-moving gift. Embark on a deeper quest; learn from ancient wisdom and forge a new path.
Cedar is both a spiritual vessel used in sacred ceremony and a literal vessel when it is used for making canoes. Like strong, flexible cedar roots finding their way through the forest, be determined and opportunistic.
Travel between the worlds of heaven and earth. Bring the knowledge of spirit and soul into the body just as the cedar trunk contains the stories of the earth.
Have faith in the experience. It is not the triumph but the journey that leads to maturity.
Connection Activation and Third Eye Chakra Meditation
Choose an affirmation and repeat several times daily, or during meditation.
- As I move through each day, I am in awe of the sense of connection I have with everyone and everything.
- I am connected with all those I love, even if they are not physically present.
- As I breathe deeply, I bask in the loving connection I feel with my soul.
TIMES I’VE FELT CONNECTED
List on a piece of paper times in your life when you’ve felt a deep sense of connection to another person, place or thing. For example, when you met your partner, say your first child, walked through a beautiful environment.

MINI MEDITATION: FOCUS PITUITARY GLAND
Sit in a comfortable position that will allow you to remain alert and then focus your concentration on this exercise. Close your eyes and prepare for the meditation. Think of a deep indigo blue light in your third eye area. As you bring yourself into the present moment, check the mind and body for things you have carried throughout the day - perhaps things that have been going on recently or thoughts from the events of the day. Whatever the thoughts and feelings are, simply acknowledge them and allow them to be, without any analysis or judgement. Bring awareness to your breathing. Just breathe naturally and normally, without trying to control it; being mindful of the breath rising and falling as you inhale and exhale. As you breathe in focus on breathing in and then as you breathe out, focus on breathing out. Simply concentrate on the breath, breathing in and breathing out. Now gently shift your focus from the breath and bring it to sensations on the body. Observe and acknowledge the myriad of sensations flowing through the body as they change with each moment.
If you find areas of tightness and tension with your body check try to allow them to soften and relax.
For the next 10 days, spend a few minutes each day making a gratitude list. Do not look at the previous day's list when you begin each day. At the end of 10 days, read all the lists. Notice what keeps coming up. Are you on your list?
