January 14, the Day of the Selective Exhibitionist, is a day to take a realistic look at your family environment. Are you living in an inflamed, argumentative, constant yelling or violently silent atmosphere? Why? What can realistically be done to improve your life? Change starts from within. The mantras for today are:
- I declare peace and harmony within me and around me.
- All is well.
We are all subject to the heavenly energies of the day.
If today is your birthday, or if you resonate with today’s energies, then you often impress others as exhibitionists, but in fact those born on this day are highly selective about when, how, and under what circumstances they allow themselves or their work to be viewed. Indeed, although you are not infrequently public individuals who are very much in the limelight, you inhabit your own private world into which very few ever gain admittance.
Choose the Middle Way
It is as if you live in a house doing the most astonishing things but only open the blinds when it suits you to do so. Thus, most often you only let people view what you are doing, less often what you are thinking and hardly at all who you really are. Actually, seeming to reveal a great deal can be the best way to conceal what is most private
Sometimes make your point quietly. Carefully consider what you do and say. Learn to be temperate and cultivate your philosophical side. Choose the middle way.
Those born on the 14th day of the month are influenced by the number five (1+4=5)
Number Five = Mediation and Sacrifice
The Number Five equals mediation and sacrifice. The Number Five is often associated with the color Dusky Teal (Azure). Teal purifies your aura and strengthens your connections to the Divine. Leading you to discover your truth and empowering you to make important life choices.
Breathe in Teal rays of light to feel safe and secure, imagining a Teal bubble of light that surrounds and protects you. Say, "I ask Divine Healing Light to surround me with love, peace and healing. Please bar any dense energy from entering my space and affecting me. Thank You." Do this for yourself and your loved ones whenever you would like some added protection.
Number Five: Expansion, Movement, Change
The energy of the Number Five brings a time of unexpected change, when anything can happen and usually does. This energy can encourage you to think of your life as an adventure in which exciting opportunities could appear at any moment. Sacrifice Your Fear in Exchange for Love Don't fear the unfamiliar and unknown. You are urged to embrace expansion, movement and change. This is a time to go with the flow and open yourself to opportunities that will improve your quality of life.
Anything is Possible
Anything is possible. The wheels are already set in motion, so be sure to play your part by moving closer to your dreams. Make changes in your mind set, relationships, residence, lifestyle or career. Shift the things needed things around to serve your greatest good. It is time to broaden your horizons and re-spark your passion for life. In order to improve your current situation, you are being asked to adjust to and harmonize with the natural rhythm and cycles of your life. Cycles that are leading you toward a time of movement and change. Procrastination, resistance and fear only take you out of alignment, so surrender yourself to the opportunities that are about to present themselves. Trust that you're Divinely loved and guided, and you'll be shown the way.
January 14 and Temperance
The Major Arcana Temperance typically shows the figure of a guardian angel who protects us and keeps us on an even keel. This is a wonderful message for July 15 people, and they should heed it. Those born on July 15 should especially avoid all forms of egotistical excess, and cultivate their innate ability to heal themselves. Seen positively, temperance modifies passions in order to allow for new truths to be learned and incorporated into one's life.
Temperance and The Bible
There are many scriptures about angels in the Bible. I have listed two here to start the meditation Hebrews 13:2 Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Exodus 3:2 And the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush. He looked, and behold, the bush was burning, yet it was not consumed.
The energies of the Temperance Tarot manifests in Camellia. Focus on the present moment brings balance to opposing forces. Give every task before you the gift of your full attention. Stillness reveals the middle way. The tea ceremony is an act of mindfulness. The tea plant is rich in antioxidants and strengthens the heart. Preparing a pot of tea with intention cultivates harmony and promotes well-being. The ritual becomes the holy alchemy that affects change. There is magic in the mundane; ordinary tea bags stop minor bleeding, soothe sunburns, and reduce eye inflammation. Camellia is the oldest, most widely used botanical in history. Let ancient practices inspire fresh ideas.
Why Affirmations and Meditations are So Vital
The First Sin
Wanting to be Worshipped
The god of the Bible, mainly of the Old Testament, is the first sinner and an enslaver. His sin is declaring himself the Most High God who is in need of worship. He is a god spark like the rest of us)
He is a deceiver. In reality all mankind is god for we all are god sparks, meaning we are parts of the One who is more than a God. This is the Divinity within us. We have to go within to know this Divinity
The true all encompassing One does not need worship. Requiring worship from mankind, the god spark of the One, is insanity. What is required from all god sparks is accurate knowledge.
We Are All With the One
The truly Highest One is more than a god. The One is male/female mind, a light body that cannot fully be physically embodied. Therefore the One could not walk about in the Garden of Eden. Genesis 8: 8-10
8 “Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden.
9 But the LORD God called to the man, “Where are you?”
10 He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”
The God of Delusion
We Are All Gods
The scripture at Psalm 82:1 says, “They know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken. “I said, `You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High.” We are easily misled because of our ignorance of our divinity.
You Are Always a Human
A man and a woman are human beings before they incarnate on the earth. Your body does not make you human. You are a human, a god, when you animate the body you will be born with.
A human being is a god being in a corruptible body.
The god of the Bible says, I Am, That I Am. “And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.” Exodus 3:14. But, this is not unusual so are the rest of us.
The god of the Bible is delusional in that he would need to have others worship him. The One, the Divine which all light beings have within them, does not need our worship. The all Encompassing One is not lacking anything. Nor does the Divine need to punish us for being ignorant.
Being ignorant is what the god of the Bible needs of us because otherwise he cannot bully us. Therefore having knowledge of who we are, to this god, is a sin. As proven by what happened in the story of the Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden, which this imposter says is the first sin. The greatest sin to this god is that you know you are also a god.
The way to acknowledge the god spark within is to understand that we all are, I Am, That I Am, and come into the sanity of reality. Affirmations and meditations are a crucial way to acknowledge and connect with our own god spark, our divinity.
Balance Activation and Heart Chakra Meditation
Choose an affirmation and repeat several times daily, or during meditation.
- My body is working perfectly to maintain balance right now.
- I choose to prioritize the things in life that are important to me.
- I work with the harmony of nature to balance my mind, body and lifestyle.
STEP ONE: Think about how much time and energy you put into each area of life.
STEP TWO: Acknowledge where you are out of balance according to how much time and energy you’d rather spend on each. Are you not getting enough sleep? Are you spending time helping others but not yourself?
STEP THREE: Note down any areas you would like to spend more (or less) time and energy on and practical ways you could accomplish that.
- Relaxation, fun and time for yourself
- Life maintainance (household shopping, cooking, cleaning, chores, commuting, paperwork, etc)
- Relationships (friends, family, partner)
Notice and appreciate evidence of balance in life… especially the balance of opposites like light and dark, stillness and movement, sun and rain, rest and activity, sound and quiet. The more you appreciate the evidence of balance, the easier it becomes to understand that no one thing is more important than another and that all things deserve their own time and space.

MINI MEDITATION: FOCUS THE HEART
Sit in a comfortable position that will allow you to remain alert and then focus your concentration on this exercise. Close your eyes and prepare for the meditation. Think of a soft emerald green light in your heart area. As you bring yourself into the present moment, check the mind and body for things you have carried throughout the day - perhaps things that have been going on recently or thoughts from the events of the day. Whatever the thoughts and feelings are, simply acknowledge them and allow them to be, without any analysis or judgement. Bring awareness to your breathing. Just breathe naturally and normally, without trying to control it; being mindful of the breath rising and falling as you inhale and exhale. As you breathe in focus on breathing in and then as you breathe out, focus on breathing out. Simply concentrate on the breath, breathing in and breathing out. Now gently shift your focus from the breath and bring it to sensations on the body. Observe and acknowledge the myriad of sensations flowing through the body as they change with each moment.
If you find areas of tightness and tension with your body check, try to allow them to soften and relax.
See yourself sitting in a cinema. As the movie begins, you watch a scene from your life about a dream that never came true. Maybe you’d wanted a promotion, a new house, a relationship – something you were promised that did not come to pass. Allow yourself to feel the disappointment again. Now rewrite the scene. How does you story end now?
